My nick name ingame is GhostX_Genovese.
The misunderstanding: Hey some admin misunderstood me for multiply accounts. Back then I was trying to join Genovese, I asked an admin on how can I get name change for free, he said something about to change my name and just login, so I created a new one, then he kicked me and said I should do /changename, so i asked rory if he could give me a free name change.
Ok back to the present time, so I figured of letting my brother play the game so I installed samp on my laptop, ( im currently using a desktop). If you want proof that he is my brother we can play at the same time. The misunderstanding is he thought that im making multiple accounts, which i am not making :( . So here we are going to try to log together. Hope he does not ban me at that time

Well Im not money cheating. I was kinda new in samp and Curtis_Genovese tried to recruit me. My name was GhostXIII back then. I forgot the name of the admin that told about the name change thing. All I did was type /q then change my name to Ghost_Genovese. Then registered, then that admin asked me if I did /changename. I said no then he kicked me. So i logged using GhostXIII and asked curtis for help, he said I should ask rory this '/change name auth its gang related" it was something like that. Then Rory gave me a /changename for free. And I did change my name to GhostX_Genovese. And ash is my irl little brother. One more thing, why would I try to cheat samp, cheaters never win they get banned.
Anyways I think the misunderstanding is clear now.

Often brothers may get banned owing to their own lackadaisical attitude at explaining the matter. Admins will never ban on sight on multiple accounts, if so, 1/2 of the server players would be banned long ago.
No matter how many times you are asked, patiently explain to the admin concerned about the matter. Be sure to answer every question posed in a befitting manner and things will be absolutely ok. It is when the player gets aggressive and decides that he need not answer the questions because he "told another admin" that things sometimes get out of hand.
Explain it to the admins. We will understand.

It's cleared and, my brother does not play that much. I just panicked cause some random guy said 'ghost has 5 accounts' something like that and he said something like this, when I said Ash was my brother "ghost has 5 brothers?". Some admin told me making multiply accounts is punishable, I got scared so I /qued and waited for the laptop to be available, thats when we both played and the situation was cleared.

If what you say is true, I must say the action was rash and hasty. That is if the admin did not ask the reason at all or did not have any other proof.
Nonetheless, the situation is more balanced now, questions are asked multiple times now.
