Sorry admins , i have changed my nickname (from [VL]Susy to Susy(Girl) by /changename) when im trying to connect with Susy(Girl) it says that () not allowed :( but on that accout i had passport and driver license :( please help me

It is because (,) are not allowed in name. See announcements for more info
