Boxy, although your knowledge of the English language may be exquisite and although Roman may be provocative, such topics are not encouraged for the sole reason(s) that it instigates flame wars, opinions with flame and the like, with an intention to troll. Not to mention that I do see provocative posts from yourself.
Although your intention was not to report him, that may have been the correct action. Making a topic to poke fun at the individual(with specific direction at his knowledge of English) is simply unacceptable for reasons mentioned above. Locked, please do not make such topics in future.
