I've created this topic since I can't find another one about it while I think it's a pretty important matter, tell me if I'm wrong. I guess it wasnt created before because everybody is scared of the consequences lol, but I dont think u should keep your opinion for yourself. After all, you play on Argonath for fun, and that fun is created by the players theirself and their opinions are therefor of much importance to the whole server.
Anyways, back on topic. More than a week ago a big group of admins were kicked from their position. The 'how' is what we know, they were briefly told that they were kicked because they didnt do their job well enough. But it's the 'why' I (and I think I can speak for many more people) am interested in. Ofcourse there is a part of this group that has been kicked for an understanding reason, but to me it looked like: Ok we now have X admins, and after this we want Y (some number) of admins to remain. It looks like u had to kick a number of admins in a very short time and you did it with too few knowledge about them. And then I'm talking about the ones who really put effort in their duty being admin, the ones who were also seen as 'good' admins by the players (while there are admins who werent kicked that were not even close to the qualities of the kicked ones, but this I dont care as much about). Ofcourse every kicked admin had done something wrong which resulted into this kick but its just that these reasons should not be enough to kick them, everybody makes mistakes. Telling them what they did wrong would be a lot more efficiant than kicking them and not being able anymore to make use of their skills. So once again, Im talking about people like ElMartu, Ryan, Nexxt, Winters, Twenty and I can keep going for a while but you should realize yourself who the quality admins are from the kicked list. And no, its not because they are in my clan or are my friends cause ElMartu just left WS, I've never been best friends with nexxt, and I dont even know twenty in person. I name them because I know their Admin Qualities. I hope you, the ones who made this rushed decision, understand my concern and maybe considder taking back those who do have the required skill. I doubt you will but please, try to listen to the people. And dont trash this topic please, I think everybody should be allowed to give their opinion on cases like these. And if you ignore this all, no problem, I just hope you are aware of what has really happened here + maybe you could give the victims a real reason for picking them instead.

Most of the admins didnt got kicked cause they were doing there job bad. Its something else.

If one person gets H1N1 cause of his careless about hygiene , and he infects 10 people on his job place, company will force them to temp lose there jobs.
If after some times, they heal up, and realize what protection measures they need to use, they get there job back.
Ye confusing, but that's what happen.

Last time I checked, ElMartu was not kicked in this wave but was kicked earlier on for doing bad things

All admins who are no longer admins or moderators should have received an Personal Message with information why they didn't pass, so you should be able to contact them and ask for the reason.

There are more better admins than you have listed (beside Martu), have been kicked as well.. Anyway, the reason of Admin restruction is not to decrease Admin Team but problems that admins (Who have been kicked) have. For Example, Inactivity. It was the important part when developers were reviewing Admins. If you were active enough, you wouldn't have been kicked. I know what I am saying is not making sence to you because there are some admins who have been away for several months and still admins. Anyway, As Pancher stated above. Every Admin that has been kicked recieved PM from Gandalf with negative points and positive points he had.

All admins who are no longer admins or moderators should have received an Personal Message with information why they didn't pass, so you should be able to contact them and ask for the reason.
I was not told the exact reason for me being kicked. No "Too involved in own RP" or "Frequently abusing Commands" for me :(
I'm very curious as to where my shortcomings were so I can be a better Moderator the next chance I get. That's all I wanted to know.

Well in your case i would recommend you to Contact any of the Leaders of SA:MP server or the owners for an clear statement if you are unsure about it.

I must say, some of the admins (the old admins, now kicked :S) did a EXCELENT JOB. Even though they maybe were a bit inactive, or maybe took a little while to answer.
Some of the current admins, weren't even near the level of the old admins/their quality.
I certainly miss people like Nexxt, Ryan, Martu, Twenty as admins..
They did a excellent job, all of them.
I wish to thank every ex-admin for doing their job goddamnwell!

Yeah their time has ended and they did a great job in my eyes..

Get over it, don't act as if you would have lost your possibility to roleplay. In the matter of fact, why do you guys care? You can roleplay to the fullest now, see this as a chance.

They have the right to know why they were dropped which is why this topic has been made. Also, they have been giving a chance to re-apply. If they don't know what they did wrong, how can they be selected again?

The point of the topic is to find the true reasons of why they were kicked.

I've did that... 3 weeks ago. Still awaiting answer. I have no clue where that reason came from, apperantly they don't either..

What a stupid topic... Either people did not read us or just write this topics to show themselves to their friends who were demoted (which is the most real thing I believe)...
1. Each admin got the message... There is NO any fucking need to make it on public to wave the dirty clothes...
2. For some admins you found the correct remove... For others you started demand the explanations... The question "why the fuck you care?" is at once on the wall... I can answer easily: how you have no doubts in some admins correct remove the same we do not doubt the correct remove of others...
3. Whats that shit about short time? The preparation to the reconstruction started long time ago... For that time were checked all complains, logs of incidents and logs on each admin's game-play while on server... That was a god damn work and accusing us in a "short time decision" is minimum incorrect, maximum - disrespect to the owner's work and responsibility...
4. Why one admins were kicked and others - not...
The idea was to clean the whole admins team and start to build it from the scratch... While this - were under check some admins which actually showed the high level of administration... Instead of leaving server with no admin online, we just merged the demotion and first way of recruitment... This gave us possibility to keep several admins on server - those, whom developers would chose anyway...
5. Those admins who "have no idea why they were demoted and did not get explanations" - should think better about own actions then about our actions... If you feel unfair demotion - that will not help - all feel that the demotion is unfair... That does not mean that developers demoted admins in unfair way... You have a time to think...
6. Topic will be locked... All scandals around admins' team should be stopped... This I direct to the ex-admins who are speculating around and make people do such topics...
