Title: GTA:SA Not Working

Just Installed Windows XP, New Hard Drive, Installed SA and SA-MP.

Anyway, I try SA-MP or Single player, My mouse changes to the disc Icon, Thats it, It just stops Loading.

Just wondering what to do.

Delete GTA SA .set file, in 'My Documents'?

As you said its a new install of windows, you can try to reinstall your graphics drivers and reinstall the lastest direct x for xp.
