Ok, I got inspired by an other roleplay server forum for a new forum category for new players.
Players can make their own tutorials and tipforums in this category, and new players can visit this forum
for quick help. It's easier to understand this and people who make tutorials can add for example video's, pictures etc.

Tutorials will be made only by the server administration and HQ.
In the past we had tutorial topics, and they always showed a number of things that do not agree with our vision and rules.

Edit: And what if they need moderator approval first?

You could always go to SAMP - MTA:VC - VC:MP - MTA:SA General and post a tutorial, and maybe, if youre lucky, it will become a sticky :D
