this strange event started on december 10th 2009
some ppl say failed russion rockets but i find it strange how u can call
that thing a rocket :)

yea its strange but why those things always happen in the big lands i mean almost 79% of ufo,uso sightings where in america rusland japan or china why not in the netherlands :) XD

The Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI) is the primary instrument at HAARP, which is a high-frequency (HF) transmitter system used to temporarily energize a portion of the ionosphere. Study of this modified volume yields important information for understanding natural ionospheric processes.
