Dear Judge,
I am Suing the following person:
Daniel Gold Montana(a.k.a. DaniGold Montana)
Reasons :
-Terrorising my private life
-False Suspection
Dani and Me were driving around,when I told him to tell his friends to stop terrorising me and my friends. From the way he replied,he seemed to be afraid and angry,the reason is unknown to me.He began shouting violently, and I warned him to stop this Attitude. At this moment Daniel called 911,reason unkown.I drove to the top of the multi story carpark belonging to North Point Mall when I noticed,that the police had already arrived.The police escorted me to the VCPD HQ - Washington Beach Police Department. I was then sentence for 2 months in jail ( attempting to kill him - false! ) After my release I noticed Dani on the street.He aslo recognised me,I could tell by him again, shouting at me. I told him,that I was going to sue him in court.He threatended me and told me not to do so, or I will "face it".He then attacked me, and to my luck the proper SWAT officer was close by and witnessed the situation. An arguement broke out, which I recorded ( Evidence below ). He then tried to squil his way out of using a stupid excuse that I would have shot him. We then smelt a fire inside the Police Department. The building was evacuated and I made my way out. On my way out I saw the officer caught in the smoke.Being a good citizen that I am, I helped this officer out of the building, and brought him to the Emergency Station. I also stayed with him at he hospital that night.A week later I visted him, to see how he was recovering. When I arrived I saw that Dani had also arrived at the Hospital. Another argument broke out and Dani stormed off in a mood in a childish manner. A moment later, Dani set off many explosions, caused by a bombs. I was injured along with many other citizens who were unfortuate to get caught up in DaniGolds pychiotic an dangerous behavour. Yet again I told him that I was going to sue him for his actions. He response was calling an trained Hitman to hunt me down and ultimatly kill me and the proper Swat Officer,Villu Sandiago,which he succeed with.
I, Emre Ceteci would like the Judge to charge Dani for his visous attacked on me, and also his verbal insults. I would also want conpensation for medical bills, spent because of his actions.

can a dead guy sue a live one?
Because the assassination was ordered only for the purpose to avoid this court case. The assassination was successful, Emre and Villu dies within the context of this RP.

Before going forward with this case, Emre please explain me how this hitman did succeed on his mission if you are alive to tell about what happend?

if i have to form it as story then like this : When i was calling for an old officer and at same time for a bodyguard,named Team Daddy,i didn't notice that he was the hitman so he hit us(me and Villu)Villu was supposed to stay again at hospital and i was only weakly hit.Right now i have to overtake his side of the story,if he has to say something about this.
By the way dani,enough evidence is on the folder :)

After looking at evidences I have collected information that Mr. Daniel Gold Montana is guilty for following crimes.
- Attempt of murder
- Physical violence
- Ordering hitman
I am now waiting for few days for possible new witnesses and lawyers to express theirs view of this case.

Dear Judge,
I am unfortuanetly to tell this but we have found out,that the "Hitman",named Danny "Daddy" D'Costa,wasn't Hired as a hitman,but he killed me for other reasons(which are lies).When i talked to mister Sandiago,he said to me,that Daddy killed me for other reasons and those were,because i would have threatened at him,to give some 5.000$ or i would have hired some friends to kill him,which is completely a false conclusion.I think he only wanted to get me into trouble and help mister Gold out.And here i want to Sue Mister D'Costa for "False Suspection of Drug Dealing and Threatening to Kill".I want also him to pay a part of our Medical Bills.I am tired of receiving such bad and false news,this ruins my prestige.My Judge,please have appreciation but i want this case to end in the right way.

I would like to defend myself.
I admit that I attempted the murder of Mr. Emre. It was purely on personal basis.
I dont know Mr.Dani Gold, as I have never met him directly or indirectly.
I have my reasons to attempt murder of Mr. Emre, after attempting it I felt guilty of the crime and surrendered myself to the police.
I was arrested by Officer Robi (Now Robi Montana). I was investigated by Officer Villu Sandiago.
I have already finished my sentence in jail for that crime. So, I decided to defend myself against this injustice. Why should I pay for Mr. Emre's Medical Bills(funeral bills xD).
I confessed my crime. I also stand by the information that i gave to the police at the time of investigation.
I tried to murder Mr. Emre because of the Drug affair between us.
Me and Emre had a drug deal between us. I owed him 5000$ for the drugs, which i was unable to pay.
Our relationship suffered and he blackmailed me once.
That Day Mr. Emre had called me to the VCPD. I believe, the cops were involved with it.
I got scared, I attacked Mr. Emre out of fear of getting harmed.
I attacked Officer Villu Sandiago because he was at the wrong place at the wrong time.
I have evidence that there was a deal between me and Mr. Emre.
I hope the court notes the following points:
1. If I was a Hitman, Mr. Emre would not have known me...But we knew each other, as he had called me to the VCPD HQ.
2. The VCPD can present the video footage of the camera in VCPD HQ....Mr. Emre greeted me and took me to a office in the VCPD HQ. This proves that we did knew each other.
3. I attempted the murder inside the VCPD office. The weapon I used was a Stubby Shotgun. I easily carried a shotgun inside the HQ, Officer. Villu Sandiago ensured that. That appears very strange for a cop.
If the court takes a look at the video footage, it doesnt appear that we were strangers. Actually we know each other very well.
Another thing that i would like to highlight is....how did I carry the big shotgun in an Office of highly secured VCPD HQ?
I would answer myself.....also the video will prove that Officer Villu Sandiago simply lead me to the office.
Also, the Point no. 3 that I mentioned, suggests that there is something Fishy with Officer Villu Sandiago.
He has definite relations with Mr. Emre. My guess is a criminal relation.
But guesses dont work in courts, evidence do.
So, i demand a FBI enquiry of Officer Villu Sandiago, before this case continues.
I hope that im cleared of the charges of being a Hitman for hire.
I think that also clears the charge of Mr. Dani Gold of hiring one.
As for compensating Medical Bills. I request court to deny that demand of Mr. Emre.
As, my criminal act has already been punished. I have already spent my time in prison.
Also, it will be injustice to me and Mr. Dani Gold if we are sued successfully by a criminal who is involved in Drugs and encourages corruption.
Evidence:
Camera footage providable by VCPD
Weapon Used providable by VCPD
Crime Location providable by VCPD
Suspect confession and imprisonment record providable by VCPD

I would like to finish something once and for all,until the case sunday is over.
It was not about the Kill at all,it was about the principle of this thing,You both guys steal my freedom and terrorise me by suspecting things on me which are totally wrong and not fitting with me,thats one reason of suing Mr. Gold and Daddy.And about the knowing,I called you to the Police Departement,but as it looks like you have to kill me for reasons,which you created in your worst Dreams.
Now i wish you both good luck in the defending and Meet you at the court.

I can assure the court that Mr. Emre is not being honest.
To prove that, I want to point out the contradictory statements of Mr. Emre.
First, He sues Mr. Dani for hiring a hitman.
Second, he sues the Hitman for attacking him for personal reasons.
If we combine his charges, it sounds like:
Mr Dani hired a hitman. The hitman shot Mr. Emre because of some "personal" reasons.
If the hitman was for hire, why would he have any personal relations with Mr. Emre?
Or, If the reasons for murder attempt were personal, how can the murderer be a hitman?
That statement contradicts itself.
One of them is a lie. Maybe both of them.
I recommend Mr. Emre to watch some hollywood, maybe he will start coming up with better stories...
I am still wondering why should i pay a man for his medical bills, when i have already paid my prison sentence.
Also, a man who is a drug criminal and encourages corruption within the VCPD.
Should such a guy have his freedom?
I also request the court to delay the decision.
Because i have been sued today, i should get a chance to defend myself beyond Sunday.

I officially remove the Reason "hiring a hitman" from mister Gold,as it was a mistake,those were just Rumors.But by this remove,your reason for Terrorising me and False suspecting me for Drug Deal and false threatening to kill gets more attentioned.And if you have any Evidence,that i would have drugs,or would deal with them,then show up and use them.And also i expect evidence for that i have threatened on you for weak 5.000$.If you dont have those,does that mean that you were saying false pretences and so you can make yourself chargeable.I don't expect Money,i just want my freedom as a normal citizen of Vice City,and thats what i expect.Dot,out,Finish!

Does that mean that you are not demanding the payment of your medical bills?
I wanna confirm that I or Mr. Dani doesnt owe Mr. Emre anything.
If you only want your freedom, I used to sell it at 200$ per Kg. Not anymore.
So I hope I or Mr. Dani doesnt have anything to give or take. As the Accuser has not demanded anything that consults us.
If that is true, I would request no further investigation in this case from my side.

I am thinking this case is still on the run but i remove YOU to pay,as i feel with you and as you already -as said- paid it out by repending and being in Jail,but that does Never mean that i remove Danigold,he never apologized,he never repends,he is shameless!

Mr. Daniel Gold Montana is now ordered by court house to pay 3000 dollars to Mr. Emre Ceteci, for causing mental and physical damages. Also I order that Mr. Montana can't make any contact on Mr. Ceteci for following week. If this order will be broken there will be consequences.
Case about Mr. D'Costa is canceled and not going to take place on this court case. If there is need to host another court case about it, then please make it separated from this case.
If defendant or prosecutor have complaint to do about court decision then contact Chief Justice (means me) with forum pm and we will take look if there is something wrong with decision. Also it will be watched that defendant will obey this orders from court house.
