Title: I need a translation!

Hey guys. I was recently in Finlad on a vacation and I saw a man playing on one of those barrel organs. And infront of him he had a bucket (for money ofc) and it said "Soitta Jalle Sopaa" or something. I was just wondering what this means? I figured out that Argonath has alot of finnish members, i dont know anymore but it use to have it. But i just want to know that it means

Jalle means "again"..but other words..i dont know

Was it *Soittajalle soppaa? If it was that then it means *soup for the artist*

Btw how did you like about Finland ? And what city you was on ?
