Title: Photoshop and Flash cs4 Tutorial's.

I just got photoshop cs4 and Flash cs4, but I know absolutely nothing about the use of it.

I made a bouncing square in flash, but that's all. Could someone give me a tutorial or tutor me in one of these programs(or both at the least)?

I'm only 13, so I don't know shit.
