The Sumiyoshi-kai is a confederation of smaller gangs. Its current leader is Ryu Takashi. Structurally, the Sumiyoshi-kai differs from its main rival, the Wah Ching. The Sumiyoshi-kai, as a federation, has a looser chain of command and although Takashi is still the supreme Godfather, he shares some powers with several other men.

A quallity group requires quallity members. If i were you I'd make the recruit more complicated, check out the players who has been applied to your group.. Who are they? New,old ?
