Anyone know a free good spware remover, i opened up and email and got ownd by it, its fucking up my laptop :(

Oh gawd, where is the troll spray when you need it!
And James, a good spyware I have been using would be Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. But whatever you do, DO NOT us Malware Defense. Its a scam and spyware....
And one more tip, dont open emails unless you really think they are important (like from friends, family, somewhere you ordereed...) because 80% of it is useless ass spam. Just delete alot of it.
