Title: Resolution stuck at 640x480 with 16-bit color. Only option...

I can't get my screen resolution on one of my non-internet using PC's.

Computer:

Dell
Intel(R)
Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.20GHz
3.19 GHz
512MB of RAM

System:

Microsoft Windows XP
Home Edition
Version 2002
Service Pack 1

Also in 'Device Manager', no Display Devices shows up...

Stationary.... it hasn't been changed, it has what it came with.

You need to figure out what make and model GPU is, then download appropriate drivers for it. If you can't figure it out through device manger, download PC Wizard.

Since it's integrated, it's probably one of them Intel GMA thingies (considering the rest of your machine). Is it a branded computer? If so go to the brand's website and type in the model. Check for drivers etc., Download and install.
