Well lock this topic, Todor gived me link to original gta3.img ( thank you i appreciate ) :)

If you do not have backups, then you have to re-install GTA San Andreas.

Or just replace the gta3.img file which you can find here: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=PK60R1NO (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=PK60R1NO)

Indeed, as said - make backups.
If you haven't done any backup, ask around for people to get the original files for you.

For future reference, ALWAYS BACKUP YOUR FILES. You'll want to backup the originals for both gta3.img, and the .dff and .txt files that you replace.
