What exatly is MTA:SA and what is the Difference between SA:MP and it?

I would say MTA:SA is just a version of MTA:VC in terms of the way you would roleplay, but with much more scripting abilites but less scripts available at the moment.

You won't see as much scripts and animations as you see in SA:MP, because the MTA:SA scripts are still in development.

Argonath has both servers for completeness, but the SA-MP server has the actual playerbase.

MTA:SA is built like a sourcemod.
SAMP is built with a client list.

The source mods and the Scripts? MTA:SA got alot of cool source. but SA:MP is the best !

MTA Argonath is not the best server on MTA.
It does not use all the abbilaties MTA 1.0.3 has to offer.

I told you ingame, that our scripts are not ready!

SAMP is more popular, because it is easier to find.
