Laws And Regulations
The following laws are currently under review, however we do RP that they exist, The FAA Dedicates there work to enforcing these laws and we are proud to be the ones who do so.
- All aircraft must follow the directions given to them by ATC, unless otherwise stated by a high level official of the government of law enforcement agency
- All aircraft must maintain a 250 ASL cruise height unless otherwise ordered by an ATC or on a government issued flight.
- All aircraft may control air speed at their discretion unless otherwise stated by the active ATC
- All aircraft have the right to request a change of altitude or speed to the active ATC
- In the event that no ATC is active, all aircraft must announce landings, takeoffs and route changes
- Transition of airspace must be allowed by an active ATC, transition of controlled airspace is restricted unless otherwise noted by the active ATC
- In the event of an aircraft emergency the ATC takes full control and all other aircraft must comply to orders or face criminal charges
- In the event of a national emergency or terrorist situation, the FBI and or ARPD have direct control of effected airspace and active ATCs must comply to their orders
- In the event of bad weather or an emergency, closure of airports is at the active ATCs discretion
