The "Black List" is a list with the currently list of Races that are classified as "Most Wanted". As we talking about illegal street-racing, their registration plate and name is most searched by the police. The races are organised by few
organizers. Nobody know where the next race will be happen, or what will be happen. Its a very coordinated game, but if you once are arrested you pulled OUT. The list here under is only, the nick-names.

To race, to one of this black-listed races, to the skill-racers.
