/setplate caused bugs with SAMP 0.3a, which caused crashes.
So it was removed.

Lol wow, I completely forgot about this command. I could never get it to work though, and I only saw it work once back when I was with FBI a VERY long time ago. I wonder if they'll ever bring it back. Kind of puzzles me how it is conflicting in 0.3a, unless it just needs some old code updated, but I would've figured that they would've done that from the start rather than remove it altogether.
