Title: [SOLVED] - LOCK?. Requesting help/link for a certain mod.

Hey guys!
I've noticed that some people, below their Radar, got some text saying where they are, in SF, Lv and LS - Like some Location mod. I have searched a few sites, with no luck.
I find that verry usefull when I am on duty.
I couldnt find any picture of it, but could anyone post a link for the mod to me?

It is a CLEO mod, that's all I know.
