Title: [REQUEST FOR MOVIE MAKER] Inferno 9 [i9] - $500,000.00 reward
Post by: Frank_Hawk on February 04, 2010, 08:20:18 am: We are seeking a creative moviemaker to focus on Inferno 9 [i9]. We want a promotional video that will be used to lure new, regular and veteran players to Gas Station 9.

Requirements of video:

- We want viewers to be able to see how we help new players and what we do together. Video should also include new players skins.

- Pictures of Inferno 9 and players (variety of shots)

- The video should include scenes from GS9 where we are often found associating.

- In particular we will require scenes from walks, drivebys and kindnaps, taxation and shootouts.

Inferno 9 will also be able to help with the screening, by playing parts if required.

Reward:
We offer $500,000.00 to the best video maker among you. Inferno 9 will decide the winner through internal voting. The winner will be announced within 2 weeks times, unless the quality doesn't our requirements. The winning member will also awarded a postion in our hall of fame.

I've got no skills on creating videos and even if I had, Due to GTA:SA not using both threads of CPU to play, I'm unable to record a video with good FPS.

yea but you spend all that time on that video because you WANT the money,

My current computer's hard drive is incapable of holding masses of programs, unlike my old computer (which had LITERALLY IMPLODED. The power supply just happen to be........you know). Things I were capable of doing were:
Frame-by-frame editing
Perfectly timed transitions
Audio enhancement
Dramatic scenery
Editing the "look" and "feel" of the clip.

As I am now unable to do these things, due to limited hard drive space, I am listing programs that I recommend using.

Camtasia - Recording, editing
Snagit - Good for frame-by-frame editing
Windows Movie Maker - Your classic, easy-to-use movie editor
Audacity - Good for "slow-mo" scenes, or basically anything involving sound.
Antares Autotune - Good when you want to do voice acting, but don't want to sound like a bad actor trying to perform 2010's best movie.
ScreamingBee Morphvox - Good for voice acting. It changes your voice to many different types of voices and can do very interesting effects ;)
Photoshop - Good for frame-by-frame editing, title screen pictures, etc...

These are only things I can think of from the top of my head. I wish you luck ;)
