Post by: TheRealStof on February 07, 2010, 06:13:29 pm
just wanted to know, is it possible and how? cos at the moment i click play samp or watever and the screen goes black then just goes back to normal..for those who dont know what a netbook is, it is a midget laptop, could probably fit in someones  back pocket of pants...hook us up with any programs you may need for it or whatever

stof, we would need to know the specs of the netbook

although, if youv bought it recently, i can assume it will run it.

I have this netbook, i tried running the game on it. It worked, but the game was laggy. (i think 10-14 fps). You can still try and run it. It might be caused by the external HDD that i was running the game from. I used it because i had the model with the memory stick. I supose it will run smoother when you install it directly into the netbook and not on any external HDDs, Usb sticks(if thats even possible).
Good luck!

Possible reason for the black then back to normal would be because of the .set files in My Documents. I have an external Display on my MacBook and when I am playing GTA, It ask for which display. When the connector is not connected, it will do the same and wont run SA MP. So I erase the .set file to run it without a external display.
