Its a good idea, but you do not have the greatest reputation...so it counts against you. Also it would be rough to have the Street gangs go into something like this. Although if you could it would be badass. Reason why i leave out Mafia, is because not many Mafia's are in the 'underground rap scene' :P. Good Luck.
