Title: Critical SA:MP Problem

I have a bad Problem.I have yesterday installed My Windows 7 Ultimate.Everything is normally and without problem Installed.Today i installed my DLed GTA:SA.The Graphic Cards,HD's,Motherboards etc.. are still the same.Now:I play San Andreas Single Player,It works really Well.When i press to Connect on SA-MP,it loads the SP AND while showing the two pictures before the Rockstar Spray logo it is white.But when i start SP,everything is Normally.And weird is,that i have installed it on the same Folder :/.Please Guys i need your quickest Help.Thank you Very Much
