Story
The Hong Kong Imports company was originally created by the Peoples Republic of China, and served as China's main shipping countries for years, As the country was influenced by Communism, both the government and [Hi] became corrupt, shipping weapons and drugs, aswell as inteligence to Gangs in Asian and North America. [Hi] Still works today with little evidence of their dealings ever reaching the outside world.
Once [Hi] got word of the high crime in Los Santos, they set sail to start an operation there and further expand their list of clientel. We work under a strict structure if command. We have influences from the Triad, Yakuza and Russian Mafias, aswell as support from the PRC Government.
