When we're new players, there's nothing better than getting our own car.
The hard-earned cash will finally get some use.
It's a 'exciting' moment when we got our first vehicle.

How to buy:
Find a unowned vehicle (A car which shows the info, owner: none), go to it's dealer
and do /buycar. But wait, where are all the dealers? And what are cars prices?

You could have added, that they need license also.
And at Coutt and Schutz cars, there is typo: 'It's right next to the known Jefferso Motel', should be 'It's right next to the known Jefferson Motel'.

But i think you should add the Airports too :) Where you can buy planes,heli's etc. :)
