Michel, consider setting up a business which revolves around buying and selling cars to customers/players.

You can make a topic in SA:MP Groups which will help to bring awareness around your campaign.

Ideally, once you have set up your SA:MP Group with other players, start a roleplay company in SA:MP City hall. Contact me ingame for help on setting the topic. I will not do the topic for you but can give you ideas.

Depending on situations, you may open here, as you can use the City Hall.
City hall is more related to business/deals.
