Aleksei Gurkov : Aleksei is born in Russia in a little village, his family was poor but did everything they could to give to Aleksei what he needs to go to school, university. He was a brillant student but had a lot of problems, organizing fights, accused of robbing, drug dealing ... He had a very hard childhood. He got arrested many times but he calmed down and attempted to take the control of his life..
That's why when he was 18 years old, he decided to join the Russian Army where he met one of his best, trustful friend nammed Rint. The Army harden him, became a real man who knows how to control himself. Aleksei and his friend talked a lot together, they has the same personalities. His friend is also born in a village near to Aleksei's one. They decided to create a business together after their Military services ends.
Once their military services over, as they promised, they've created a business with the money they earned. Their business worked very well, they became rich, they has everything they always wanted ... But each good things has an end ... A strange company decided to steal Aleksei's prototype, they lost a lot of money and customers, they're going straight to bankrupt. Aleksei and his friend couldn't accept it, they started to get nervous, angry and here started the troubles ! They has found a witness and obteined the company's adress which stole them..
The good life, the money, girls, cars, everything was going to be lost. They has decided to get back their "goods" and money by the force ... Aleksei called one of his old friend and bought some weapons and went to the company with Rint. Once inside they asked a meeting with the manager. The manager accepted the meeting and they went inside his room.. Aleksei unholstered his gun and aimed at the manager's head and told him to give back the prototype and money, the manager had no choice and gave it back. Aleksei and Rint putted their mask on, opened fire at the manager for what he has done, burnt the company and ran away. Some witnesses saw their faces and went to the Police..
Some days later, Aleksei and Rint were still hidding from the Police when suddently they received an anonymous call.. It was a strange guy menacing their company, families and lives. The man they killed was working for a Russian mafia, giving them money and Aleksei and Rint ruined their business.. They had to leave the country, they informed their families to hide, send them some money, took everything they could, took a plane and moved to San Andreas. A new life's starting ...
San Andreas, the land of opportunities ... Aleksei and Rint left the Airport and took a Taxi with their suitcases. They stopped at a bar and started talking about what they'll do.. Rint took a news paper and started reading it. Rint found an advertise about a closed company at Flint County, Fallen Tree. Well, it was completely destroyed and it needed to be renewed. They bought it with the rest of their money.
They were motivated and renewed it very quickly but something was still missing, which kind of company will it be ? Aleksei and Rint looked each other and did the biggest and dangerous decision of their lives ... Creating their own Mafia ... !
Days, weeks, months later ... Some trustful people joined Aleksei's and Rint mafia. Started extorsions, robbing companies, killing their enemies, trouble with the Police, bribes ... A real mafia life. They're now known all over San Andreas for their plans, murders, kidnappings and the mafia grows, becomes powerful..
Yoko Gurkov : Yoko was born in a small town in Japan. Her parents weren't exactly rich, they struggled getting enough money for food, clothes.. When Yoko was 15 years old, she and her family moved to Tokyo in hope of getting a better life. But they soon realized that it wasn't a smart choice. Yoko's parents got killed by some Japenese criminals, the Yakuza. Yoko didn't know what to do, she had nowhere to go, she were all by herself, and most of all: She wanted her revenge!
As Yoko didn't have enough money to take care of herself, she used all her money for a plane to Russia, where her aunt lived. Yoko's aunt was an old and bad person.. She didn't treat her very well.
Some years later ... Yoko was tired of her aunt hitting her, commanding her around, not caring about her, treating her like a piece of shit. So one night, she went into her aunt's bedroom, filled her aunt's mouth full of toilet paper and taped both her mouth and nose with ducttape, she was crying while doing that thinking to her parents and angry in the same time cause of her and the Yakuzas. Then she took all the money she could find in the house, and ran away.
She ran until she came to a Airport and once calmed down she entered, took out all of her money, showed her passport and bought a ticket for San Andreas ... Why San Andreas ? Herself didn't know why, she needed a new start, a fresh start but once there she didn't know where to go ... She walked alone all over the night through Grove Street, Idlewood. She looks behind her and notices 2 guys following her, laughing and insulting her. She started to run as fast as she can when suddently a car aproached and stopped front of her. 3 guys stepped out of the car, unholstered their guns and aimed at the other guys. One of the armed man opened fire then one shouted : "Emil ! Stop ! They're dead !". One of the men was nammed Aleksei, he told her to come in their car and she accepted ...
Yoko told him all her story that she's from Japan, her parents got killed by a mafia, she killed her own aunt and most of all she wanted a revenge ... Aleksei saw that she needed some help, they stopped to a company in Flint County. Aleksei told her to wait a minute, he went inside and then step out with a suitcase. He gave the big suitcase to Yoko and then said : "Listen ... We need to know if we can trust in you. You want a revenge ? Then take this suitcase, go back to the Airport, take a Plane back to Tokyo then take care of the Yakuza's boss and once it's done you'll have our protection, Yoko. You'll find everything you need in this suitcase and do not worries nothing will be detected at the Aiport. Do not disappoint us."
She knew where the yakuzas headquarter is, she took the plane back to Japan, Tokyo. She rented a room at a hotel for some days.. She opened the suitcase, took out a sniper and started to train with it. Fast reloading, fast aiming. It looked like she already used it before ... Some days later she got up on a building next to the Yakuza's HQ. She aimed all the day and night long in hope to see the boss's face through one of the windows. Finally the boss sat on his big chair and started talking to his members, in less than a second, Yoko aimed at the boss's head and pulled the trigger ! The Yakuza's boss was dead, and Yoko got finally her revenge. But the other Yakuza's members spotted her, and they tooks out their guns and tried to kill her. Yoko stole a motorbike from the street, and started driving back to the airport. She just made it, and got away from the Yakuzas.
When she came back to Aleksei's company, she was gladly accepted to the Gurkov Mafia.
Emil Gurkov "The Butcher" : So the Gurkov mafia was created, and every mafia has got its meetings. The one of Gurkov were held at the local bar where Emil was the bar man. Emil got payed just enough to pay the rent, but nothing more than that. And all the tips went into a little 'tip jar' which was taken by his boss every night, after getting only 2 dollars from it for coffee. Other said Emil's boss is a cheap ass, and his job was pretty boring to, flipping bottles doesnt stay amusive for long. So Emil was concidered poor at that time and he had a crappy job. Everytime Gurkov had a meeting he noticed they were talking about Mafia business. He knew what he had to do before he could be living "the good life". As he wasnt going to earn anything by his bar job, he knew he had to join Gurkov. So at the 7th meeting Emil was sure of his case and joined the table Aleksei and his people were sitting at ...
They drank some Vodka and lighted a couple of cigarettes while speaking with eachother. Then after some time Emil got asked why he wanted to join Gurkov and he explained how he was never going to manage anything by just keeping his crappy job. When Aleksei heard that, he stood up and walked out the bar as he told Emil to do the same. Outside they went to Aleksei's car and Aleksei opened the trunk, there was an arsenal good enough for an army of about 30 men. Emil was told to deal with his boss in any ways he wants and he would get accepted, he could take any weapon there was in Aleksei's car. Emil thought it would be best to prove his skills by killing his boss the harder way, he didn't take any AK-47, MP5 or Combat Shotgun, he just took a knife with him and promised Aleksei to bring his boss's head back, Aleksei and his mates laughs, told to Emil to come to Fallen Tree once it's done and they drove away.
That night, Emil worked his normal shift until his boss came to collect the tip jar. As soon as the employer's hands reached for the tip jar, Emil's hands reached for the knife. His boss saw him taking the knife and reached for the shotgun under the bar, but Emil kicked him down. As his boss was lying down on the ground begging for his life, Emil didn't show any emotion, and jammed his knife in his boss's throat. After his boss stopped moving Emil grabbed the head by the hairs and cut off the neck, then pulled his head up with the spine still hanging loose underneath it. He left his bar and walked all the way to Fallen Tree in Flint County, where he got told to go once he finished his "mission" carrying a head with him, and a bloody knife, nobody did anything as they were petrified by the lifeless head. Once arrived at Fallen Tree, Emil walked into the building and showed the head to Aleksei. Emil showed to Aleksei that he will do everything to get a better life ... He got accepted in the Mafia and quickly reached a high respect and rank, also known as The Butcher.

- Pakhan:
This is the highest rank, he his the brain and the heart of the mafia. He cannot be touched and must be treated with great respect. The Boss make the decisions with the help of his Under Boss. When the boss doing a business trip or whatever he MUST be followed by the BEST members of the mafia to protect him.
- Two Spies:
They're the Under Boss, the righthand of the boss, they makes the biggest decisions together. They also must be treated with great respect as the Boss. they leads the training and can organize some operations. Who watch over the action of the lower ranks to ensure loyalty.
- Pravaya Ruka:
This is a loyal and a well experienced member, the Boss and the Under Boss can count on him at any time. He can lead the lower ranks, training them when the Boss or Under Boss are busy. Members, Relations and Resources Managers, Accountant and Security Chief are subranks.
- Members Manager:
The Members Manager is the one who recruit new members, teaches them how the Family works, what to or not to do. He answeres to every questions.
- Relations Manager:
The Relations Manager is the one who talk, negotiates with the others Groups (Mafias, Gangs, Clans ...) and tries to negotiate good relations.
- Resources Manager:
The Resources Manager is the one who manages the businesses, organizes meetings etc. In other words he is the businessman. He can be helped by an accountant.
- Accountant:
The Accountant is the one who helps the Resources Manager to calculate, note, prevent everything. He's very important to keep a perfect accountancy and then developing a big Business.
- Security Chief:
This is the one who organize and say the positions to the Security Team during a business trip, party etc. The Security Team has to listen the Chief's orders carefully and to be serious.
- Komandir:
The Komandir can lead the lower ranks when the superiors aren't there, he can also make small operations.
- Reketir:
They're the best, trained to kill everything, strong and dangerous, the weapons are their tools. They're the shield of the Boss and Tovarisch bossa, they're called at every business trip and their only goal is to protect the lives of their leaders at any cost.
- Mafiozi:
This is a Full Member of the mafia, he has been trained and he knows everything about the mafia. He respects the rules and can be called for a business trip with the Boss or Tovarisch bossa.
- Novichok:
This is a trial member, being tested, this is the first step to become a Mafiozi. The Novichok has to show to the Boss and Under Boss that they can count on him at anytime. He becomes a Full Member when the Boss or Under Boss thinks he's ready.

- Once you own a vehicle you can paint it in Gurkov's color (Dark grey, /paintcar 25) and park it at HQ (/delivercar)
- Don't ask for promotions from higher ranks
- Going on Cop duty is allowed but you must be available at anytime
