Title: Fatal Fail at GTA:SA-MP

Hey Guys,
This problem is so pathetic.Now if i start SA:MP,i have to wait few seconds for the Login.But now here comes the Troublemaker : After i logged in,the game Straight is not moving.I always have to close it by the Task-Manager.Before login i can do everything.I even reinstalled GTA:SA,SA:MP.Just yesterday it worked well,now it started and i am getting tired of it.What may be the Source for that issue?

tried to Re-install your SA:MP?, delete car mods if you added any

Delete the gta_sa.set file on GTA San Andreas User Files under My Documents

Great that worked.But why the hell that was the problem?
