How does your country's police take out a suspect?

We're not allowed to carry a gun in norway as an officer.
If you got an emergency situation you have to apply to carry a gun, which takes around two-three hours.

well.. our police are a bit more "hands on"  :roll: most of them think crimnal ideas can be cleaned with good beeting...
