Title: Change from Video file to audio file
Post by: bamf on March 18, 2010, 08:35:35 pm: well the subject says it all, i have been downloading the "videos" down with Youtube Downloader but i want them as Mp3 files as i set it up to be, but its always become the video when its downlaoded finish... can i like change the file with a program? :)

if you use dvdvideosoft, and download the youtube video's via that, you can chose to download just the audio to mp3

Can't remember was it the older or newer version, but I got the converter included in my version.

You just paste a link here and you download MP3 file.

I prefer the YouTube Downloader, allows you to adjust the volume of the final MP3 and you can download them as video files if you want to.
It also has several formats you can convert into and I also find it a bit faster than that one you gave link to.
