Title: Avatar Creation.

This is a topic for making Na'Vis fron the film Avatar of famous people. Do this my using photoshop, using liquify to change the eyes and nose, then paint different shades of blue over the skin, and add shiny dots.
I'll start off with Angelina Jolie.

Well, its not bad at all, You left some parts while recoloring her skin, You almost coverd all the mouth, you know Angelina's Mouth is large :P so you gotta keep it that way. And Dots doesnt match the angles, umm for the dots, it should be 3D if you see what i mean, not just Horizental or vertical. :)

The eyes look kinda bad and the dots need some work (perhaps try different blending modes?) and you could use the Burn Tool to make the color a bit better.
