It's impossible to have lag with your PC @ GTAIV. Restart or something lol
-
Well, I have a *coughs* illegal version with a cracked LaunchGTAIV.exe *coughs*.. Could that be the problem?
-
No, even if you illeagly downloaded the launcher nothing should be wrong, unless you messed up illeagly downloading a virus, or incorrect files.
It must be something in the programming, all hardware you got is by far good enough, other than your spec between the image, and the typed spec is totaly diffrent :)
Try re-installing (yeah, its a pain in the @$$ but its worth a shot..) or restarting a few times, cheaking everything out and you may find a bad flaw.
If it still dont work, buy the game >:)

I rebooted my computer, no succes..
-
erm hidduh... other game works? or just GTA IV is going crappy?
if so... go buy it I'd say, or re-download it...
-
I'm used to have those kind of problems with a good PC too, sometimes even san andreas lags and I think it's HDD's fault
-
Im running GTA:SA on maximum settings, no lagg at all.
-
Get the latest patch for it, I had that problem.

Still laggs.. and I have drunken cam D:
Well I think I have to buy it I guess
-
The drunken cam is side-effect on several illegally downloaded game versions.

Do not ask help here for illegal games.
