On SA:MP how do I get a license/passport?

First,play 7 days on this server (real life time), When you play that much, Ask an Admin to give you a passport test, He will ask you: Who is the president? Who is the prime minister? and How to report a player etc... (You must read all important sticked topics)
Lets talk about a driving license ( i think you mean this)

You can do this any time you want, Only If you got a passport,ask a AVDS...
