Title: I need help with SAMP. My brain is about to explode from the crashes and BSODs

Here's the problem, if I don't have CLEO installed, SAMP and GTA SA works perfectly. But when I install CLEO, no matter the loader, just itself with no mods. SAMP and Single Player won't run. I tried all types of patches, it still crashes. When I have no mods of any type installed and install CLEO, GTA SA won't run. But if I have the SAMP R4 server installed, it crashes. Without it, no crash but no SAMP.
 All I got was this error code:

Dont use CLEO 3 mods is my advice. It's difficult to get it working and if not it fucks your game up. But u can try the installer of CLEO 3. It works sometimes :D
