Hey guys my cousin installed windows 7 ultimate for me in December and now I get on my desktop screen:

He did not register your Windows. He probably registered it already with his computer. Registration is only allowed to be done once. Your choices are simple. Either buy a copy of Windows 7, download Windows 7, or degrade to another Windows you already own or want to download.
