That do not look like an bug related to Argonath script, either you have some modifications/hacks or it's an SA:MP bug which should be reported on the SA:MP forums..

Its not Carhp hacks i just bought the car.....an i would never hack unless you can prove me wrong which i don't see happening at all. Also only cars i have modded are the PD cars.....Although now i might mod other cars since i have Stream fix.

I noticed the fire that appears is coming from the middle - back of the car and not from the bumper. That means the SA didn't see it as a car which is deemed to explode, but rather as a car which was affected by something which is on fire. Perhaps you walked into a fire and then recovered then went into the car. Did you monitor the carhp overtime?
