Title: Virtual Disk?

Virtual Disk

Hey, I got some games from my friend (cod4, Overlord, Fallout 3, Homeworld 1 and 2), but I can't be bothered to get DVD+R DL's, is there a way to possibly burn a Disc Image File onto some sort of virtual disk? I have a virtual disk drive for Overlord, but I can't find a way to do it again for all the other games.

Gmod 10 Problem

Mmkay, I also recieved Gmod 10 from my friend, I gave him my external hard drive so he could put all the games onto it, and Gmod(luckily) doesn't need a cd for some reason when it wasn't steam downloaded. The game is working all fine when I open it up, but it says an error in the console.

GetAllManifestFiles:  Unable to load maplist.txt

When I try to play in any server or play in singleplayer, when it finishes loading (you know, the getting resources and shit), the game crashes to the desktop. Also, when I play Halflife 2, the game recieves an error and says:

MountAppFilesystem() failed: I have no idea what game you are launching, sorry

How do I fix these? I would love to play gmod 10 with my pals.

Additional Info: I do not have Counter Shit Sir(CSS), so I think that might be the problem.

The game was taken straight from the program files, so I think that the game has extra file's needed that were left out. For example, the Steam file's might be missing from the game, and Steam doesn't think I have it installed on my computer.

If you have Nero Burning ROM, you can copy the CD's to your hard drive in .NRG format (Nero ImageDisk and Deamon Tools can open it, maybe other software too). In Nero, select Image Writer as your recorder and copy the CD to your HDD.

Or just get PowerISO, I think it has a free trial.

I'm using Toshiba ImageWriter, it came with my laptop so i'm just using that and Daemon Tools.
