I have Ubuntu as secondary OS right now.
-
I used to use Windows 7 but it didn't like my network configuration, which if I changed my mum and sister wouldn't be able to use the internet.
So, Im with good old XP, with ubuntu on the side.

Windows XP, as a fact, has been one of Microsoft's most widely supported and most successful operating system to DATE! 2001-2010 (excluding Vista of course, because we ALL know that Microsoft, and even Microsoft themselves, know that they forgot a LOT of errors in Vista), that's how long XP has been out. And now, I'm hoping that Windows 7 will be just as great (I cannot find out for myself, because I have a tiny hard drive...).

I dont know the difference between 7 and XP tough, except for the looks.

There's none, it's another product from the giant money hungry Microsoft.
-
Vista currently. It sucks balls and ass.
-
Windows 7 is more of like an optimized XP with Vista toys (which actually work now). So it's a bit faster than XP but still looks great. No sign of those buggy Vista bullshits. (I've worked with few our customer's PC's with Vista in them in college)
-
Windows 7 at the moment, I dont got nothing to complain about it, works and looks great.
-
vista Ultimate. Configured to get rid of all the admin bullshite.
but i still prefer the xp the best os ever :)

Not really (BUT MICROSOFT IS STILL EXTREMELY MONEY HUNGRY, like Uncle Scrooge McDuck). If we see in a way, Windows 7 is better because:
Simple Interface, very, very, very easy to use, and beautiful (and doesn't suck up alot of CPU Usage)
Better security and it isn't as annoying as Vista's
DirectX 10 or 11
But it has it's holes:
Bad old game compatibility
You need alot of RAM to run some stuff good D:
Lag if your system is a bit outdated (mine is in RAM and Processor, as for GFX Card it's still great...)
SOME GAMES ARE ONLY COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS VISTA/7 like Just Cause 2 :(
Still, my primary OS is Windows 7 and secondary Windows XP, even still I voted for Windows XP...
-
Windows Vista Home Premium, Windows XP as a secondary OS
-
Windows 7 Ultimate 32-Bit.
-
XP ftw
-
I used to install windows 7 but to lazy to buy it yet... still I am supposed to :D

It's simple how Microsoft does it.
They make a crappy cool looking operating system, everyone buys it and it sucks and it has bugs. They purposely put those bugs in, and then they release a much better operating system with less bugs and looks even cooler, so people buy that operating system, so Microsoft gets more money because people bought the bugged OS and then the better OS.

Wow, I have never thought of it that way. Well, that is probaly what they do, although I don't find much of a problem with Vista anyway
-
Windows Vista, i might upgrade to Windows 7.
-
I have to say, since many say Windows 7 is a skrew up, I somewhat think youre on drugs.
Im currently running Windows 7 64bit Ultimate without a single problem and I have been running Windows 7 since it was released, no issues.
