In your San Andreas folder, there's an uninstaller for the hacks. It should say:
CENSORED_Unins or something. The icon is red and circular.

Please put censors over the name of the hack, as I am currently helping you and know what I am doing.

Click on your GTA SA Folder, on 'UNINSTALL_M0D_S0BEIT'
Than delete m0d_s0beit_chatboxall and m0d_s0beit_chatbox, and the other things

Where your Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is installed.
Assuming you have the legal version, open

MY COMPUTER -> C:\ -> Program Files -> Rockstar Games -> GTA San Andreas (or something related) -> Look for the uninstaller. The icon is RED and CIRCULAR, and says something like M0d_Sobeit. Open it and follow the steps.
The icon should look something like this, only red (MAKE SURE IT SAYS SOMETHING LIKE SOBEIT IN IT):

Uninstall GTA:SA, move the screenshots to a different location, delete what's left of the GTA:SA folder and reinstall GTA:SA.

Reinstalling is the most easiest way to remove those hacks, also remember to check for files left that is associated anyhow with GTA:SA or SA:MP, I recommend using Revo Uninstaller to delete those leftover files  :D

Here's my last attempt at helping:

Alright, first, open My Computer. Assuming you are using Windows XP:
Start -> On the right, look for My Computer -> Open Local Disk (C:) -> Program Files -> Rockstar Games -> GTA San Andreas.

NOW that you are here (of course, where your gta_sa.exe and samp.exe is), look for this file (it is likely at the bottom, assuming your icons are arranged by name):
"Uninstall_m0d_s0beit_sa"
It looks like:
DOUBLE CLICK IT! Click the "Uninstall" button when you open it. BOOM! Gone.

If, FOR SOME REASON, CANNOT find the FREAKIN' uninstaller!

Start -> Search (right hand side, just above "Run")
Click, on the left hand side, "All files and folders". Then, where it says "All or part of the file name", type in below it:
Uninstall_m0d_s0beit_sa

Then, it will be searched for. Once you see it pop up, run it, and follow the above instructions regarding uninstallation.

@Nexxt and Boozman
The initiative of every computer hacker motivates them to find ANY security hole in ANYTHING. This includes multiplayer games. It all depends on who the person is, if they will abuse the security hole or leave it alone.
