Don't really like the design, it totally ruins the old fashioned cop car looks.

Looks pretty good, but I don't like that back door.
Probably serves a practical purpose I'm overlooking though.

The back doors obviously have some purpose for the design. It looks fairly nice, that's the future, sir.

No...
It's a Dodge...

And i always hated the crown vics, they gave a monkey a crayon and said, "Here draw us a new car" and the monkey drew a box, a box that was improved upon for, what is it...21 years now? There not that well built structurally, and atleast where i live, it's hard to tell the police from the homies now, cause everyone fucking drives them.

Not that fast after all, nor economical. Typical American car.
Way to spend the tax money! :)

If a monkey drew the Crown Victoria then I guess you could do a better job?
I don't believe that a monkey drew it anyway. I don't think monkeys can draw with crayons.

I don't know if your 'homies' has a llightbars on their vics or if they have the heavy-duty bumpers or had their vics painted in police livery but I'm sure it makes no difference because I don't see any problem with that. Well, maybe if you stand on the corner all night selling crack to homeless 20-year old mothers...

Beautiful car!

Plus the back doors can now be used as protection when they attack from the back you just flip them open and cover behind it. Perfect!!

Agreed. It's sad to see them go. 2011 will definitely be a different year...

@BlackBird: Before you trash on the CVPI, go research it. Your flaming argument obviously holds no validity or information that is in any way valid to the classic Crown Vic PI.

It's cool in my opinion, but nothing can ever replace the good old-fashioned Crown Vic Police Interceptor. Even the Impala's and Caprice's get old after awhile, and the Charger's are too civilian/racer'ish, but the CVPI never looses it's awesome. :)

P.S. I own a '06 CVPI. Amazing car...

Well, that all depends on where you live too. Some countries really need a fast car like that to catch street racers at very high speeds. In some countries, if a street racer/speeder flies by them going over 80 MPH, police won't even bother chasing them because they have no way to keep up.

Would you ram a suspect of the road in a Lamborghini whilst going 80 MPH?
Atleast the old Crown's have a cowbar up front, and it has good old fashioned metal plating..

As far as I know, this car is MUCH much stronger built than the Crown Vic, it can take hard hits with little to no damage no problem... That's why U.S ordered 10,000, or more or less, forgot.

Looks pretty good, but I don't like that back door.
Probably serves a practical purpose I'm overlooking though.

Probably so it is easier to put people in the back, so the door is not in the way.

My 1967 Ford Thunderbird has the suicide doors like that.
