Post by: newguy on April 02, 2010, 02:41:12 pm
Hello
Recently, many of you might have noticed the cops that been abusing people ravagely. But Today,an abuse occured, which is completely over the edge. This James_Kalio thing, came to Bayside, suspected for completely no reason, did not even tried to tell why,and killed me.And what makes me angry the most,is this

No comments for this one. I say that such cops should be copbanned for the rest of their lives so they wouldnt harm Argonath with their half-brain genius

Freecops should be tested in my opinion. 90% of new cops play "cops-n-robbers RP"

There is a big diffrence from a freecop whom just came from another server, and dont know how to play, and a freecop who just dont care, and wants to killkillkill.

YES There is 'bad' freecops, but keep in mind that there is 'bad' regulars too!
Some freecops just dont know the rules yet, and we are ALWAYS told that if we are abused we should stay there, dont try to run, and request an investigation.
Sadly, staying or leaving may be the diffrence between life and death, some players joinning the server dont KNOW that you have  to take them to jail. They think you just have to be killed and dont over it.

I THINK: If you /gu, and get killed you should NOT loose any money, or just the normal amount you loose suspect or not.
WHY?: If you dont co-operate after /gu, yeah go /q but then when you come back youll still be wanted and CANT run after /gu admin punishment can be taken aganst anyone who trys to avoid going to jail after /gu.

Teach them how to play cop properly!

Go teach them. If they abuse /su, inform admins, /gu and ask for investigation!

Waiting for lock, just like all other topics like these.

I'm a freecop and I am getting a lot of judges although I got experience into how to RP like a proper cop. Who do you blame for thier actions?, blame yourself. Of course a lot of freecops can be annoying and abusing, what are you doing? You are moaning and screaming in chat "omg abuser", what about trying to communicate with these cadets who are abusing the rules and learning them how to be a cop. If you are un-able to help the cadet then tell him where he should go (arpd.argonathrpg.com) to adapt things and so on the cadet will soon enough become an officer of the law and not abuse anymore. You can't expect every new cadet has experience how to act so don't be harsh on them, try communicate with them, it really helps instead of just mocking and attacking them.

Teach them how to play cop properly!

Teach new players how to play properly instead of suspect them.

Contact a senior SAPD officer in-game or via the forum. This will allow them to take action appropriately.

Locked.
