Title: Reduction in lag.

As many of you may have noticed recently, in-game lag has been significantly reduced. As part of the process to reduce lag, over 20,000 lines of code were analysed, scrutinised and in a majority modified, in aim of reducing dependency on reading player files.

The SA:MP scripting team (CBFasi and xcasio in particular) have been working strenuously for countless hours to achieve this. The results have provisionally come out well, but as part of the continuous improvement program in place. We will continue to optimise scripts in line with our priorities and commitment.

We thank all those who have contributed and demonstrated patience in the coming of these changes.
