Okay guys, I have been asking this to everybody, How the Hell do I install sound mods? Please tell me a detailed instruction on how  :D
Its so freaking hard  :mad:

What type of sound mod are you trying to install? Like a siren?

Example for replace siren
1 Get sound mod.
2 Get SAAT Tool.
3 Open "GENRL"
4 Open "Bank 068" on the bottom.
5 Click sound_011 for yelp,sound_012 for wail.
6 Replace sound,MUST BACKUP Sound file and "GENRL" in GTA San Andreas\audio\SFX

For weapons:
Bank 137
sound_005 - M4
sound_002 - TEC9
sound_008 - 9mm?
and you can use here.
