How to make these great designs for gangs signs ? Like this from Inferno 9. How to make something like that and how to make it look so good ???

Try putting some effort into it and spend some hours, be creative and I know that you will succeed. Be polite and ask for help by the GFX people that is around here, they probably wants to make some pictures to you if you ask in a good way.
