Title: Want change? Start by yourself.
Post by: High_Voltage on April 12, 2010, 11:12:24 pm
Hey everyone,

I know y'all playing and thing, but I'd like to post some thoughts. Simply things you listen  all time:
You only live once - My grandmother made my cry, when she told everything she wanted to do, but she couldn't...
I understood something really important, and I wanted maybe everyone to understand this, looking for a better world.
If you're right now, reading this, means you're in a computer or something, but hey, wake up!
Life's short - When you think, "dammmnn it's long" and it passes as fast as you snap your fingers and poof is just gone. My advice is: be whatever you ever wanted. Want to be famous, singer, supermodel, random rapper or even Youtube Stars? - Start from now, science has proved many things, but somehow they didn't show us what happens after death, some deffend we going to paradise, some others deffends is all bulls**t, but noone will ever be able to explain. Let me share you some of my thinking.

Global Warming - I've seen ALOT of people (politicians) speaking about what we MUST do, when they don't do shit, we don't want those guys yelling at us telling what we should do, and how we should act. Simple acts, school is tired of making prevent warming campaign, but that doesn't work, because noone, I said, noone... can ever change your attitude, if you don't want to. If you want this to change, start by small acts, reciclying...etc - If you understand that if everyone do small acts, we're doing a huge thing, you may think, oh! probably when the world gets out of water I'm dead already - Why don't you think about your grandchildren in the future, as the past generation left us a healthy world, we fucked the world up and we should "fix" it before it's too late... - I was one of those arrogant bitchs who didn't care about other's future. After seeing people dieing to save the world, I changed my mind completely.

Useless stuff - Wars.
Never understood those, a war should be decided by the idiots who has started them. For example, why don't people let Bush and Bin Laden killed each other, no need for tanks, no need for soldiers... Many soldiers died to protect Mr.President's ass, and what they got - nothing, did they died in vain? Imagine the frustation, of going to war, see horrible things, be proud of protecting your country, if they survive when they get back, they get: Unemployment, nightmares about wars, frustation... - I asked my self, why do we let this happen?

Hope I could change your point of view about the subject, as I'm very worried. If any of us do small acts to change it, we all togheter will make it - serious things.

"You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one" - John Lennon.

You make very good points mate, and overall, a fantastic topic.

I agree with you. Especially about life being too short and such. I'd also like to point out that life is too short to hold grudges against someone, especially if the reason you're angry at them is due to something silly or so small.

When I was a kid, I couldn't wait to grow up. I thought it was taking too long. I now regret my attitude, 'cause man, life seriously goes by like a flash. It sucks.

I was able to snap my fingers- twice. And I am still alive, it's a 13th April Miracle!

I guess you have seen some Al Gore's movies. Well, I can tell you - people do not even know if it freaking is global warming or not. And if it is, do you really think we are the one responsible? I for example don't believe that there is nothing we can do and it is just a phase that our earth is going trough.

And what good are they use now? I mean is the world saved? I don't think so and they, well they are just dead. Want to help others? First help yourself, and that includes keeping yourself alive.

Why do we let people become soldiers? Maybe because they want to, also when they choose that profession they know what they are getting into.

Well you didn't change my views, but I wish you good luck on finding people who has the same views on world as you do.

Yeah... I'm never going to be a midwest rapper and collab with Bone thugs and Hopsin... That shit ain't gonna happen.
That is not what I really want to be though and I'm already tracking my real dream down.

I'm going to do what I want to do. And it sure as hell ain't driving around in a Citroen C0.01 with no room for legs and terrible comfort! fck that! I'm going to buy myself a good old american truck made purely of steel and a Caddy to cruise around with

I had a story for you, but It was just too emotionally challenging for me to type it up. If I had started from a certain point, I would think...

here is some facts

My Maternal side Grandmother died in 1999.
My Maternal side Grandfather died when my mother was 3, my mother told me he was a very good gardener. He had planted Fruit, Vegetables, you name it, but by the time the plants were ready to be harvested, he was 6 ft under.
My Fraternal Grandfather worked for the British, and died in 2006.
My-fraternal Grandmother lives.

My Father, is living a life he did not want to live, a life forced on him, because he had so much love for his own father. Even though he is no longer around, he honours every command as If his father was behind him with an Hot Iron whip, of course with so much love in the air, the whip would be used to fight away the evil and not as a punishment, because disobeying a command is as if a punishment to my father.
