Hello there,
I thought about idea to play without scripts and i tried it many times and it worked fine.
If there is good RPers we can RP with out scripts and about /me we can use < :: > for example :
Cop: Hello People
Player: Hi
For RP :
Cop: :: Shouts : Freeze don't move, Give up Now !
Player: :: Shouts : Never
--------------------------------------------------
Cop: :: Takes out his deagle
Player: :: Opens car door and steps in
Player: :: Closes car door
Player: :: Starts engine
Cop: :: Aims and shots
Player: :: Opens car door
Player: :: Jumps out from car
Player: :: Raises his hand
Cop: :: Cuffs suspect
Cop: :: Drags suspect to the PD car
--------------------------------------------------
For another examples :
DrugDealer: :: whispers Buyer : How much weed you need?
Buyer: :: whispers DrugDealer : 1 k.g
DrugDealer: :: Says : Aight man
DrugDealer: :: Gives buyer the bag
Buyer: :: Takes it
Buyer: :: Gives DrugDealer the money
Buyer: :: Says : Later !
DrugDealer: :: Says : Later !

Dude it's same as /me so it wont annoy anyone remamber old times? There wasn't local chat (Thats what i heard about 1.2)
Cmon it's only way to play VC:MP for now :P

This is exactly what we used to do on MTA:VC when the scripts used to be down, and of course you can roleplay like this if you want to when the scripts are down, there is nothing stopping you.
Regarding the local chat, there is local chat in the new scripts.

why the hell you need to type shout or local there? You need to make differnce between roleplaying and not? roleplaying= /me not roleplaying = normal typing nothing more to it. Want to shout? /me shouts at gilligard : blaa, they got us surrounded. Where's the hell are you with your heli, we are already on the rooftop!!

Because /me is hard to read in new VC:MP :)

Because some people who didn't see them RPing from first they will think it's OCC/Meta gaming

And it's funny thing to to see someone who still thinks that i still newbie, In fact i played 7 months and 20 days on SA:MP + i played on ls-rp and i got house + cheetah + like 100k in bank + cadet rank (but SAPD applications closed so all cadets will reapply and i forgot to say all high ranks said that i'm really good cadet and lot's of officers told me that i'm better than them, and i should be higher than officer but rejected because inactive)
I could do double the double but i didn't because school -.-
+ I'm working with my friends on IV-MP RPG server, Who is the newbie now? :)

I like SAMP alot and I've been playing it alot recently, hwoever since the actual game GTA SA it self has more features, it's obvious that Online would have more features then VCMP. I thin the only reason i started playing SAMP thoug was I need a Time-Filler while Argonath is down in VCMP, however I like both equally.

You can't say SA:MP is better, it's just different.
Also, about the "OMG, SICK ROLEPLAY, MAYNE" at SA:MP, it's not the same. You don't have serious roleplay servers at VC:MP, and they roleplay on their own way. We on SA:MP likes more realistic roleplay, even though some Vice city veterans usually ruins that :lol:
Oh, and even though you've been at LSRP. It doesn't mean you know how to roleplay the Argonath way ;)

Want to know in what you can measure, your skills? Respect! If you have the respect of the fellow Argonath players, you aren't an inexperienced player, if you don't have the respect? Then I don't care how much money you have, what rank you are or what car and house you own. As clearly, if nobody respects you in here - you are nobody.

I got my respect in SA:MP.
And i left VC:MP since they was updating it.
