I JUST Buyed a game death to spies and i dont know how to pass mission 1 pls help

i passed to mission 9 i have to blow up bridge and kill snipers but i dont know how to do it evryone is red and no officir's uniform can anyone help

I think it's a bit of a subtle hint there's a problem when you can't complete the first level
