I cannot play GTA IV on recommend told canyourunit.com my, but a few days earlier there stands you can. The only problem is the processor, but that is a-lot higher then what is needed, I think the script is making any fault.
Data:
Recommended: Intel Core 2 Quad 2.4GHz, AMD Phenom X3 2.1GHz
You Have: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU 530 @ 2.93GHz
My processor is the "Bold on", but there stand i cannot run it, who know what the problem is?

You have a dual core, and it needs to be a quad core... GTA 4 uses 3 cores...

Damm the other option was I was thinking about I5, but i tough I3 will running even GTA IV, but a few days earlier it was possible, it shows you can run it on the highest as possible, can you explain that even?

I have Dual Core (E8400) and I can run IV just fine..

I think he need can run it, because the GHZ thing is rated a-lot higher then what recommend require, and what IcyAreo, it runs fine under Dual Core..

Processors GHz does not tell it's true performance..
Intel Core i7 920 @ 2.66 GHz beats AMD Phenom II 965 BE @ 3.2 Ghz in every possible way..
i3, i5 and i7 are "the best" processors at the moment, but Phenom II is better in price/performance rating..
GTA IV runs great on Pentium Dual-Core E5200 too..
Canyourunit.com is "untrustable", because it doesn't look components, it looks just the numbers.. (GHz, amount of RAM...)
