hey
i wanna set my GTA:SA Resolution to 1366x768, but it is not working?
i have widescreen selected, my monitor does suport it. but it caps at 1024x768

There was a patch released for this on SA-MP forums. However, the links were deleted because Kye no longer allows applications and DLLs.
I managed to recover it tho. It allows you to select almost any custom resolution. Instructions for install are on installation.txt. Once you've done that, go in game, press ESC, and set your settings like you normally would. Your resolution should come up.
Here's the download: http://coresave.net/uploads/m/multipatch-bin-v1.1.rar (http://coresave.net/uploads/m/multipatch-bin-v1.1.rar)
And if you are using windows 7, you'd also need to put this in the SA root directory: http://coresave.net/uploads/d/d3dx9_42.dll (http://coresave.net/uploads/d/d3dx9_42.dll)

Wow this worked like a charm.
Is there a way you can run mulitple .dlls, like this custom resolution and ENBSeries at the same time?
-
Thank you a alot Chase. :D

Does this work in Vista 64bit?

Woah, thanks chase!

I'm having some problems with thit, if you could help, that would be great! I get a "missing d3d9.dll" and "GTA SA requires DX9" . If I use the Windows 7 .dll GTASA starts perfectly, but I do not have functionality at all. I'm running Vista 64bit.
Much Appreciated, I've been playing with this "block" for way to long.
Kind Regards

Have you put both of the .dll's into the GTA San Andreas folder?
I put "d3d9.dll" and "multipatch" (which is a Cofiguration System file) into my GTA SA folder, so only 1 dll.

Well, you should have both DLLs in your SA root, I've uploaded them for you here (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=VR9K0E5E) in case you're having missing ones.
And yes Tov, it worked like a charm. :)

Thank you so much, it's like playing a new game now, I have been playing with two Black Blocks on either side for way to long now, thanks again to you & Chase.

If you can run GTA:SA, you can run this one. :)
-
1920x1080 resolutions?
-
It is based for XP :)
-
1920x1080 resolutions?
Yes, I got that exact resolution to run on GTA SA, although the Minimap, Crosshair & Weapon Blips are kinda oval not circular, but it's definately worth it.
Kind Regards

It's because you have widescreen function enabled. If you have it off, the map, crosshair, and weapon blips are circular, but the peds and vehicles are WIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIDEEEE

Is it only me, or does the download(s) require a login, to enter the webside, and download the files?

Whoever was the owner of the site must have removed it. I'll re-upload it.
