Title: Why is the plane acting weird during the take off? Please help! (FlightGear)

Since yesterday I am practising on FlightGear. A free Flight Simulator.
Its fine and a good program, but my take offs are weird. I think I could better use autopilot, but need to learn the usage of it :)
I am still practising, and its getting better and better, but the plane goes it own way, I am not touching the mouse or keyboard, and when I take off, it moves by itself. Hope you can help.

Well maybe it does that as you gotta fight gravity and the cross winds upon take off. (Seeing as it's a flight simulator, supposed to be realistic in a sense)

My borther has a flight simulator too.
But i dont know i think you did something wrong.
Flying isnt so easy as you think.
